Overview of home and initial space planning and or design suggestions.

Based upon each family's lifestyle and tastes, we create an overall design concept with a cohesive point of view. A well thought out flow of color from room to room is fundamental to a well designed home. Such a plan can be executed all at once or over time, room by room. Interior design services include:

	Full service comprehensive design and execution on a per room basis from concept through to placement of last pillow Floor plan Creation of color palette Furniture, fabrics and finishes Built-ins, wall color, floors, wallpaper Art and accessories
	Reworking of existing furnishing and refreshing of rooms
	Color palette consultation
Fees are determined once scope of work is clarified

Based upon each family’s lifestyle and wish list, a scope of work will be determined. Space planning recommendations may include:

	Concept rendering of floor plan within existing footprint and/or addition suggestions and rendering
	References to, and consultations with, architects, builders/tradesmen
	Kitchen and bath design and renderings
	Design Concept and selections for all finishes including fixtures, cabinetry, tile, hardware, appliances, lighting, etc.

	Hardscape design: terraces, patios, walkways, fencing, stone walls
	Landscape design and nursery sourcing
